Robin Parrott began photographing weddings in 1998 when she discovered that there was a demand for a more artistic approach to wedding photography. Her experience as a fine art black and white film photographer put her work into a unique category of artistic wedding imagery that set her apart from traditional wedding photographers. Her talent as a photojournalist came naturally from her childhood of being completely fascinated with the camera, documenting her own birthday parties, friends, and family gatherings. When digital became the more predominant medium Robin switched over keeping film as a choice and continued to offer even more creative solutions for making beautiful imagery. Robin has been an award winning member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association and a preferred vendor of Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine. She has won two honorable mention awards in the International Photography Awards from the Lucia Foundation for Portraits.
